Taller NIVEL I

“Los sonidos sanadores para reequilibrar tus energias”
En los monasterios del Tibet, los antiguos Lamas, realizaban de forma artesanal los cuencos cantores de 7 metales nobles. Estos cuencos eran utilizados como herramientas de sanación y meditación, ya que al ser tocados, su sonido sagrado, hacia vibrar energéticamente el entorno en donde sonaba, influyendo directamente sobre las personas y proporcionando una armonía y equilibro a todos los niveles.
Son elementos muy valiosos para utilizar en terapias energéticas y para meditar.Al hacer sonar un cuenco sonido la vibración sonora actúa directamente sobre nuestra aura, limpiándola y cargándola de nuevas energías,favoreciendo todas las funciones cerebrales.

Accompaniment,healing and harmonizing by singing bowls has only recently become a part of healing with music.They have come to us from the East and it’s only in recent times that they have been discovered and used on a large scale.
Singing bowls have a remarkable composition of metals,bringing soft,clear and relaxing sounds,which affect our energy system rapidly.At the same time they produce a variety of tones and an extremely penetrating vibration..
Sound healing with sound frequencies can be applied in different ways.
Relaxing and harmonising, psychosomatic diseases etc.
Many kinds of ailments are due to an imbalance in our energy system. Our body is able to absorb the sounds as well as the vibrations in a fast and goal-oriented way.Sounds don’t only enter the body via the sense of hearing but also via the skin,as the vibrations influence it.They touch our nervous system as well as our energy system and cause a swift relaxation,harmonising on an enegetic as well as on a physical level.
The sound frequencies of singing bowls help to bring about vibrational changes in our entire system.In certain cases they restore the inner balance and strengthen it.
