Thank you so much for all of your helpful suggestions. I would love to meet up some time. Reference the room, Jane and I are trying to find something that will not be too expensive. We would only need to use it perhaps 6-8 hours during the week. We hold clinics all over the Costa Blanca, so dont want to have anywhere fixed, so I think it would be better if we found somewhere that already exists with another established business. I think I may possibly have found somewhere. I will let you know. Good luck with your ventures though. I will let you know when I am next down in Calpe and perhaps we can meet for a chat.

Many thanks for your quick reply! Obviously, because we only want the room for 2 mornings or 2 afternoons a week, we would not want to take out a full time monthly rental. But if you are interested in getting a little extra cash, and perhaps some extra footfall that may take up some treatments from you, perhaps we could talk more. Normally what Jane and I do is book a clinic (4-5 clients) and then pay a % of what we receive for the use of the room. Does that sound like something you would be interested in at your home?

I wonder if you might be able to help. I have just joined forces with Jane Dye of Hannydee and we are expanding down the Costa. We are looking for somewhere in Calpe where we might rent a small room for 2 mornings or 2 afternoons a week. Somewhere like a beauty salon, or a centre of alternative thereapy (e.g. osteopathy, chiropractic, physiotherapy). Do you know anyone who might have something that they would be willing to rent out to us.
