The place has been taken over by crystals as we took the opportunity of stocking up whilst we visited the kids.
To get back to your question. You are probably suffering from the effects of electromagnetic smog which is emitted by all electrical equipment such as: TV, computers, microwaves, mobile fones etc..
There are many crystals that transmute the negativity that causes electromagnetic smog.
Black tourmaline, Smokey Quartz, Amethyst, Sodalite,Lepidolite, Jasper.. the list goes on.
Place on the equipment or place in the four corners of the room. That should help. (Don't forget to cleanse the crystals regularly 'tho, because some will absorb the negativity and won't be as efficient. My website contains details on how to cleanse crystals www.crystal-lady.co.uk)
A question that I'm often asked is "Does it need to be a big piece?" No the crystal energy will work even if it's a tumble stone.
The other thing is, make sure that you don't leave your equipment on stand by the negativity eminating from this is unbelieveable...
