Hi Louise - I am a new member but am on the mailing list for Michelle and Nestor and just received an e.mail in Spanish - are the courses only in Spanish? I have lived in the Costa del Sol for a number of years and was involved in colour therapy, meditation and healing sound and am interested in continuing with this now that we have moved up here to Benissa. I will be helping out at one of the stalls on White Ribbon Day very close to yours, so I'll come over and introduce myself! Gray

Hi Louise,

Yes I have continued to look for somewhere to live or rent around Barcelona for the winter months at least. Right now I need to focus on the retreat in Brighton/Hove. I am looking to see about coming over for a few weeks later this year November time.

Would love to see one of the kiddies classes too if I may (saw the write up in the post ) as im trying to get something set up here near denia area for kids in near future

Yes I love the yoga, though different to what I have been used to in the past - actually I think it is more difficult and more exhausting - or is that just cos I am dreadfully unfit! I must say I struggle to get up for 9am on Saturdays, I think you should swap them round - 9.30 Sats and 9.00 Weds? or both at the same time - I get so confused about which time is which!! ;-)) bye for now - hope to see you on Sat if I can get up by about 8am.
