- I am widowed and have one grown-up daughter who is currently at university. I have lived in Spain for some 16 years and enjoy living in a rural setting in a "casita" style property with a number of pets. Favourite hobbies include my horse and other pets, dressmaking, reading, music, cinema, theatre, travel and so the list goes on!

- Business contacts are always helpful, particularly when you are launching into something new. I am certainly more likely to recommend someone that I know personally . Friends are very valuable and any opportunity to make new ones is gratfully received. The social cause supported by WIBC is very close to my heart having helped a friend through domestic violence issues and the associated economic difficulties and judicial requirements, you certainly need a good friend at hand if you are unlucky enough to become a victim of domestic violence. On balance I think a little of everything.
