- Abracadabra is the name of my balloon decorations business and I have a small workshop in Alfaz del Pi. I provide balloons for all kinds of events from birthdays and communions, to Christmas parties and weddings. I'm just starting printing on fresh flowers - I can print a short message, your logo or a photo in full colour. Both of the above are part-time as I also give private English lessons.

- I'm divorced and have been living in Spain for 7 years. I have one son who lives and works in Bristol, UK. I enjoy quizzes, like playing Bridge (but am rusty!) and meeting new friends. I enjoy sailing when I get the chance and hold a Day Skipper ticket - although I prefer to crew.

- My second language is French which sometimes comes in useful and I was a PA for many years in England, so am good at letter writing - when I have to be! I enjoy organising and worked on the administration of the International Festival of the Sea in Portsmouth in 2001.

- My balloon business is very small (I don't have a shop) and printing on flowers is a new venture, so I'd like to make some business contacts as well as meeting new friends in the area.
