Hi ...I am a mum of 3 kids, and wanted to let everyone know that we run a playgroup in Calpe for us Mums called Little Stars. We can be found every Friday morning 10-12 in the Perlamar centre.

We are a mixed lot (!) of mums, dads and grandmas, and our aim is for Little Stars to be a place to relax, support each other and make friends. We even have the odd night out - with out kids! You don't have to live in Calpe to come along, there are those who come from Moraira, Jalon and Bennissa.

I am a new mum in Denia. My girl Emilie is nearly 6 months old. She's just got her first 2 teeth out...I attended the pre natal school and think it is a really good idea. Hi ... I am a mum in Spain, I have a two year old daughter named Isabella who amazingly is becoming bilingual, how great is that!
I've joined this site because after Bella was born myself and another mum set up a company called Indybel ( www.indybel.com ) We set the company up because we found that there were many pregnancy and baby products that we wanted but coudn't find here in Spain. Indybel now sell British, International and Organic products for pregnancy and baby in Spain with an emphasis on products not found in the shops here. We deliver throughout mainland Spain and the Islands. If you are expecting or know someone who is pregnant or just had a baby please do check us out and let them know about us!
That aside as someone who has been through the whole pregnancy, birth and first year experience here in Spain I hope I can be of help to anyone who has any questions!

Hi I am a mum but my children are older!! however I am a midwife still registered and working so if anyone needs my services or just needs advice, you can email me through WIBC or contact me through International Medical center in Javea.
If you do have girlie night please invite me I´d love to hear you stories and meet your babies.

Congratulations Michelle, I'm an old mum, but the experience of my children's births will live with me forever and every one is different. I spent a few years working with the NCT in England before I moved here. I swear by yoga of course, & breastfeeding is good & effective in regaining your figure fast. I see you are near La Nucia, so our Yoga classes in Javea may be a bit of a trek, but anything I can help with let me know. Take it easy, and rest whenever you can! Louise x
